ًبيـــع الكميات المنتجة فعلي ـــا ضمن العقـــود التعاقدية لمدة خمس
ســـنوات من تاريخ بدء ممارســـة التصنيع أو الزراعة التعاقدية.

تمنـــح هذه الخدمة حافـــز إعفاء من ضريبة الأربـــاح على العوائد من
ًبيـــع الكميات المنتجة فعلي ـــا ضمن العقـــود التعاقدية لمدة خمس
ســـنوات من تاريخ بدء ممارســـة التصنيع أو الزراعة التعاقدية.

تمنـــح هذه الخدمـــة إعفاء ضريبيا إضافي لمدة ســـنتين للمشـــاريع الاســـتثمارية الواقعة فـــي المناطق النائية.

Issuing a certificate of adding production inputs allows the investor to add production inputs to the investment project

Issuing a production input modification certificate allows the investor to modify the production inputs of the investment project

Issuing a certificate of adding machinery to the project, so that it is exempt from customs duties and any exemptions or facilities granted to machinery, equipment and devices of investment projects registered with the Authority.

Issuing a certificate of modification of the project’s equipment so that it is exempt from customs duties and any exemptions or facilities granted to the equipment, devices and machinery of investment projects registered with the Authority.

تعنى هذه الخدمة بتمكين المستثمر من استيراد لموجودات الثابتة
ومدخلات الإنتاج وقطع الغيار اللازمة للمشروع الاستثماري عبر وسيط
أو طرف ثالث مرخص ّ له بالاستيراد، وذلك في الحالات التي يتعذر فيها على المستثمر الاستيراد المباشر، أو لتسريع إجراءات التوريد.

تتتيـــح هـــذه الخدمـــة للمســـتثمر إمكانية تعديـــل بيانـــات مصادر التمويـــل الخاصة بمشـــروعه الاســـتثماري المســـجل لـــدى الهيئة العامـــة للاســـتثمار، ســـواء كان التعديـــل يتعلق بنســـبة التمويل الذاتـــي أو القـــروض أو التمويـــل الخارجي أو الشـــركاء الجدد، وذلك بمـــا يعكس واقـــع التمويـــل المالـــي الفعلـــي للمشـــروع )وتحديث بيانات ســـجل المشـــروع لـــدى الهيئة(.

تتيـــح هـــذه الخدمـــة للمســـتثمر تقديـــم طلـــب تعديـــل التكلفـــة الاســـتثمارية للمشروع المســـجّل لدى الهيئة، ســـواء بالزيادة نتيجة إضافـــة موجـــودات أو تغييرات فـــي مكونات المشـــروع، أو لتحديث بيانـــات التكلفة وفقا لما تم تنفيـــذه فعليا، وبما يتوافـــق مع أحكام قانون الاســـتثمار رقم )3( لســـنة .

ُ توفـــر التخصصـــات المهنيـــة والكفـــاءات المطلوبـــة محليا هــذه الشــهادة أحــد المتطلبــات الأساســية لاســتكمال إجــراءات
الاســـتقدام والحصـــول علـــى تصاريـــح العمـــل والإقامـــة مـــن مكاتـــب الجهـــات المختصـــة فـــي النافـــذة الواحـــدة بالهيئـــة.
